Road trip redux

In rewind, from Akwissasne to home, Kelley and I decided to bypass those crazy Canadians, although we did revisit those wacky Minnesotans for a short crash landing at Minniami Ad School. Eventually, after stopping at Mount Rushmore and rekindling our patriotic ferver (WOOO!) we found ourselves back in our hideous birthright, which you should never [...]

Going through the mess that this summer made on my desktop, several photos floated through from our various travels…
Gloucester, Massachusetts is a strikingly beautiful seaside… deeply affected by humanity’s incredible ability to shit where it eats. When I was a kid I would spend hours playing in the tide pools here, poking star fish and [...]

We recently squashed a Norse Warrior uprising at the local Nordic skiing fundraiser… it was found that they were easily pacified with cookies and apple juice.

While we were in NYC, we ventured forth to an old family friend’s bakery on 5th Ave and Bergen St., near Atlantic Station in Brooklyn… Blue Sky Bakery – Google Maps
Holy North Dakotan cow, do they make incredible muffins! We had a chocolate banana muffin, a blackberry nectarine muffin, and a whopping glass of milk. [...]

Kelley and I crashed our cousin’s apartment in Brooklyn and did the big tourist thing last weekend. It was much fun; Times Square, Broadway, the Empire State building, Central Park, Museum of Modern Art, Wall Street… we just about dun did it all. I was also given the chance to peek into the advertising agencies [...]

Road trip!

On our speedster journey from our home base in Teton Valley to my family’s place in the Adirondack Park in New York, Kelley and I saw many neat (albeit blurry) sights. We took the northern-most highway in the US and crossed into Ontario, Canada before dropping back down into New York.
We busted out the camera [...]
